Taco Rijssemus has been responsible for the business in Germany and the Netherlands
since September 2021. The media scientist with a doctorate has already been part of
the All3Media team for five years: From 2017 to August 2021, he led the Dutch production
company idtv as Managing Director. There he built the company into one of the largest
and fastest growing independent production companies in the Netherlands.
Previously, he was Managing Director of the Dutch broadcaster KRO-NCRV, where he
played a key role in shaping the business with a number of successful formats. He held
various positions at SBS Productions from 2000 to 2008, his last position being Managing
Director of the production business.
John Jongerden has been CFO of All3Media Germany GmbH since January 2022 and since May 2023 managing director. The manager has worked in the media industry for over 30 years and moved from Talpa (ITV/Bildergarten) to All3Media Deutschland, where he had been employed as Director Finance since 2016.
Previously he worked as the Group Director Finance & Operations at Red Arrow Entertainment, where he was substantially involved in the international acquisition, foundation and integration of 16 TV production companies.
Born in the Netherlands he began his career in media production in 1991 in Germany at Endemol and later at Grundy Light Entertainment as Finance Director and as a consultant for finance and operations at Fremantle Media and for the RTL Group.
Dagmar Frese joined All3Media Deutschland GmbH as General Counsel in
February 2023. The lawyer has been in the television industry for
20 years and was previously Director Legal & Business Affairs at Warner Bros.
International Television Production GmbH.
Before that, Dagmar Frese also worked as Senior Manager Business Affairs
at Red Arrow Studios and for several years as legal adviser for
Bavaria Film GmbH.
Dagmar Frese started her professional career as a legal advisor at Little Shark
Entertainment.
Christoph Burbes has been working as a communicator in various positions for over 22 years, since December 2022 as Director of Communications at All3Media Deutschland, Netherlands and Belgium.
Prior to that, Christoph was an independent consultant since the end of 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Christoph acted as Executive Director Corporate Communications at the digital full-service agency UDG United Digital Group. From 2011 to 2014, Christoph moved to the Berlin startup scene, before that Christoph Burbes worked in television for many years.
From 2005 to 2011 he was part of the founding team of the former free-TV channel ‘Das Vierte’ and as press spokesperson of ‘Das Vierte’ and Deputy Director Communications NBC Universal Deutschland.
He started his professional career in 1999 as press spokesman for football at DSF (today Sport1).
